For the couples writing their own version of “I do.
Why Elope
Maybe a 200-person wedding was never the dream. Maybe it was, and life shifted, and now you’re imagining something quieter. Maybe you just want to stand somewhere beautiful, say the words to each other, and start your life together without all the noise.
Whatever the reason — eloping isn’t a “smaller” wedding. It’s a different kind of wedding. One that makes room for the parts most couples wish they’d had more of: presence, intimacy, and the ability to actually feel the day as it happens.
I’m here to make sure you don’t lose any of it.

Types of Elopement
Harris County, Galveston, Fort Bend — I know the courthouses, the timing, and the prettiest light at each one. We capture the paperwork, the vows, and a portrait session before or after. Quick, meaningful, and beautifully documented.
For couples gathering anywhere from five to thirty of their favorite people. Coverage scaled to fit the day, from a few hours to full coverage with a second shooter. Backyards, small venues, restaurants, rooftops — we make any space feel like a wedding.
If your "I do" takes you somewhere a plane ride away, I'll come too. Texas Hill Country, Big Bend, the New Mexico desert, the Gulf Coast, the Pacific Northwest — I love documenting elopements anywhere there's good light and a great love story.
Locations
Houston is full of unexpectedly beautiful places to get married. A few of my favorites:
The Process
Share your date, vision, and any details you have so far.
We plan the day together, beginning to end. Timeline, locations, vendors, the works.
We lock everything in two weeks before the wedding.
I show up early, you show up however you want, and we let the day unfold.
Within 48 to 72 hours.
Delivered within 4 to 6 weeks of the wedding.
Investment
Elopement coverage starts at $800 for short courthouse ceremonies and scales based on the length of the day, travel, second shooter needs, and any additional services like albums or prints.
Every elopement is custom — no two days are the same, and your package shouldn’t be either. The easiest way to get an accurate quote is to reach out with your date and a few details.
FAQs
Always. Texas, the Gulf Coast, the desert Southwest, the Rockies, anywhere. Travel fees apply outside the Houston metro and are quoted upfront — no surprises.
Yes. I’ve shot enough elopements to be a useful second brain. I’m happy to help with timeline, vendors, locations, and anything else that comes up between now and your day.
Absolutely. Courthouse elopements are some of my favorite stories to tell — they tend to be raw, emotional, and full of the kind of small moments that get lost in bigger weddings.
We make a backup plan during your consultation. Some of the best photos I’ve ever taken were in light rain, so don’t panic. I always come prepared with clear umbrellas and a few indoor backup ideas.
Yes. Heirloom-quality albums and prints are available as add-ons. Details and pricing are in the full pricing guide.
For weekend dates, 6 to 12 months in advance is ideal. Weekday and courthouse elopements can sometimes be booked with shorter notice — it never hurts to ask.
